For the month of August we would like to recognize Jen Oswalt for WARRIOR WOMAN nominated by her friend Shannon. I love the way that Shannon described Jen to me "Jen is a business owner, badass mom and human extraordinaire." Jen first started a company where she provided healthy, allergy free snacks and desserts. That business was called JLove Kitchen. Shannon said those treats were delicious!!
Her current passion inspired during the pandemic is JLove Bath Boxes. This is where she puts together beautiful packages of pampering bath products. Jen has collaborated with other woman owned business, black businesses, and local businesses. Jen emphasizes the importance of self care, especially during this time where the world is less than normal.

Jen is mother of 2 girls who are leaving the nest. These girls have been raised with an "I CAN" mentally, where they will not tolerate less than respect. Having a mother who fiercely advocates for them and paving the way to achieve big things. These girls are going to conquer the world with big important changes. I love this, I hope we can raise all our children this way and watch love, positivity, respect, and kindness be a strength. Not only does Jen love her girls this way it pours into all humans that touch her path.
My favorite thing Shannon told me about Jen is,
That love is for everyone. That equality is not an option, but a necessity. And that they have the power within themselves.
